3. Licence to Use Toolkit Materials

Use of any WorkCover Resources toolkit is subject to the Licence Agreement supplied with the purchased materials.

In summary:

  • Toolkits are licensed for use by one organisation under a single ABN

  • Resources may be customised for internal business use

  • Resale, redistribution, or sharing outside the licensed organisation is not permitted

4. Self-Implementation

WorkCover Resources toolkits are designed for self-implementation.

We do not provide consulting services, claims management, or ongoing advisory support. Employers remain responsible for how the resources are implemented within their business.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are limited.

Refund requests may be considered at our discretion where:

  • The product was not accessed or downloaded, or

  • A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved

Refunds are not available where the toolkit has been accessed or used, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WorkCover Resources is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the website or toolkit materials

  • Employers remain responsible for compliance with applicable legislation, insurer requirements, and jurisdictional obligations

All content provided on this website and within the toolkits remains the intellectual property of WorkCover Resources unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
